The Seminar for Winners of Youth Fund for MacroManagement-Policy Discipline of Department of Management Science of National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), undertaken by School of Management of Fuzhou University, was held from Oct. 24 to Oct. 26, 2012 in West Lake Hotel of Fuzhou. Participants of the Seminar included four invited experts, namely, Wang Shouyang, research fellow and Deputy Director of Academy of Mathematics and System Science of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Lan Zhiyong, Professor and Deputy Dean of School of Public Administration from People's Public Security University of China, Zhang Xiliang, Professor and Executive Director of Energy-Environment-Economy Institute of Tsinghua University, and Chen Xiaotian, research fellow and former Executive Deputy Director of Department of Management Science of NSFC, officials from Department of Management Science of NSFC, such as Deputy Director Gao Ziyou, Division Head Li Ruojun and Yang Liexun, Office Director Mao Zhonggen and Wu Gang, officials from Fuzhou University, such as Professor Wang Jian, Vice President of Fuzhou University, Professor Chen Guohong, Dean of School of Management of Fuzhou University, 170 Winners for 2011 Youth Fund for MacroManagement-Policy Discipline of Department of Management Science of NSFC and faculties and students of Fuzhou University.
This Seminar consisted of four parts, namely, opening ceremony, invited lectures, group report and closing ceremony. Yang Wenjun, professor of National Research Center of Upper Yangtze Economy of CTBU attended this Seminar, and was invited to preside over the first group report in the morning of Oct. 26- the Group Report of Macro Economy and Management. In this group report, Professor Yang delivered a speech themed “Construction and Application of Accounting Model for Green Economy Growth”, exchanging views with other participants from the four aspects including the difficulties and outlet of economic growth accounting, the construction of accounting model for green economy, application of accounting model for green economy and further research proposal.
