According to requirements of Notice of Implementing the 12th Five-year Development Plan for Key Research Institute of Humanities and Social Sciences in University (Letter from MOE Department of Social Sciences No.: [2010]-93) and Overall 12th Five-year Plan for Major Projects of Key Research Institute of Humanities and Social Sciences in University and arrangement of the 12th Five-year Development Plan of Research Center of the Economy of the Upper Reaches of Yangtze River in Chongqing Technology and Business University and Overall 12th Five-year Plan for Scientific Projects of Research Center of the Economy of the Upper Reaches of Yangtze River in Chongqing Technology and Business University, the Center is now offering open tender of major project for all the scholars. Details are as follows:

Research on Low-carbon Economy of the Upper Reaches of Yangtze River
II Basic Requirements for the Project
1. Applicant who applies for major project must be a permanent on-duty teacher with a senior professional and technical post in national ordinary institutions of higher education.
2. Those who are undertaking major projects of National Social Science Fund, key projects of major subjects in Philosophy and Social Science Research of the Ministry of Education, major projects of Key Research Institute of Humanities and Social Sciences or major projects post-funded by Philosophy and Social Science Research of the Ministry of Education and have not completed the projects shall not apply for major project in the Center. If the abovementioned projects have been accomplished, a completion certificate shall be submitted.
3. The new version of Review Manual for Major Projects of Key Research Institute of Humanities and Social Sciences (hereinafter referred to as Application Review Manual) will be applied whereas the previous version shall be invalid. See details in the appendix.
III Relevant Requirements
1. Chongqing Technology and Business University Research Center of the Economy of the Upper Reaches of Yangtze River reserves the first ownership over the achievement.
2. The research cycle for each project is 2-3 years (since the date of signing the contract), unless otherwise agreed.
3. Each project will be funded with RMB 100,000, among which RMB 50,000 is appropriated by the Ministry of Education and the rest is supported by the institution that wins the bidding.
